What we collect

When you use the waitlist, contact, or design partner forms, we collect what you type in: your name, work email, brand or company, your current B2B platform, and the size of your wholesale ops team. You provide this yourself. We collect nothing else.

There are no tracking pixels and no ad networks on this site.

Why we collect it

We use it to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about Brio. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received and forwarded to us by Formspree. Their handling of that data is covered by the Formspree privacy policy. We do not currently use an analytics provider. If we add one, we will name it here.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@getbrio.io and we will act on it.

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights along with the right to correct your data and to object to how it is used. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for asking.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The animations and the sign-up forms run without storing anything in your browser.
